At Bautahøj Hotel & Conference Centre, we provide the setting for peace and focus, and our 29 conference rooms also offer space for the work you are, of course, here to do.

We are here to give you a great experience, which is why our staff place great emphasis on being available and maintaining proactive dialogue with our guests during their stay. We aim to create the best conditions for plenty of smiles and genuine presence, and we love to pamper our guests—both with wonderful nature and food prepared with love.

With excellent conference facilities, we are here to support your objectives and ensure your stay runs as smoothly as possible. We take care of the practicalities so you can stay focused. Core services such as AV equipment are free of charge, and wireless internet is, of course, also in place.

We offer conference packages with everything you need in terms of catering, accommodation, and facilities. This is ideal for corporate events such as company parties, kick-offs, and product launches.

At Bautahøj Hotel & Conference Centre, we want you to have the best possible start to the day. That is why we provide home-baked breakfast rolls and quality coffee and tea throughout the day by our meeting room. We tailor the kitchen and menu to your process and wishes.

For your course or conference, room hire and AV equipment are, of course, included in the price. For direct enquiries to Bautahøj Hotel & Conference Centre, the following prices apply for our various conference and course solutions. It is, of course, also possible to use us as a conference hotel for conferences with accommodation.

  • Day meeting 9–17 – from DKK 870 incl. VAT per person.
  • Conference package (24 hours) 9–9 – from DKK 2,480 incl. VAT per person.
  • Conference (1½ days) 9–16 – from DKK 3,330 incl. VAT per person.
